Master of Laws from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), with postgraduate specialization in Administrative Law at Fundação Escola Superior do Ministério Público (FMP) and a Bachelor of Laws from UFRGS. Before joining private practice, served as special counsel to the Municipal Attorney General's Office of Porto Alegre, legislative counsel to the Mayor's Office of Porto Alegre, and chief of staff to a council caucus at the Porto Alegre City Council. Regular contributor on administrative and constitutional law and on Brazilian Supreme Court (STF) case law.
