Ariel Barazzetti Weber, who also publishes as Ariel Weber, is the founding partner of Weber Advogados, a São Paulo litigation boutique focused on strategic disputes and complex legal situations. He is admitted to the Brazilian Bar in São Paulo, the Federal District, and Rio Grande do Sul, and acts in matters combining financial, regulatory, and reputational exposure, including proceedings before superior courts and bodies such as the Federal Prosecution Office (MPF), CADE, CVM, and INCRA.
He spent a decade at Callegari Advogados (2010-2020) before moving to São Paulo to found the firm in 2021. He holds a Master of Laws in Public Law from UNISINOS, with a dissertation on the willful-blindness doctrine, a postgraduate specialization in Tax Law from UFRGS, and executive training in Corporate Governance and Compliance at INSPER. With André Luís Callegari, he co-authored Lavagem de Dinheiro (Atlas, 2014; 2nd ed. Gen|Atlas, 2017), a reference work on Brazil's anti-money-laundering statute, and writes for outlets such as Consultor Jurídico, Poder360, Migalhas, and O Estado de S. Paulo.
A member of the São Paulo Bar Institute (IASP), he was listed in the 2025 edition of Análise Advocacia among the most admired lawyers in the antitrust specialty and in the Greater São Paulo regional ranking.
